- Is it possible to use an appliance while using the cooking function?Yes, thanks to the double function, it is possible to use both functions simultaneously, although not in the same area.
- Is it safe to use the kitchen appliance directly on the hob surface?The device software will detect if a device has already been turned on and then turned off. Therefore, there is a safety precaution that an appliance that is "on", when it is placed in the outlet, will not start until it is first turned off and then turned back on. Therefore, it is completely safe.
- When we talk about cookware, is the product placed directly on the surface?Yes, it is completely safe.
- Can any small kitchen appliance be used? What about any cookware on the surface?As for the small appliance, those compatible with CCT®️ technology designed by Cloen must be used. Regarding the cookware, any cookware can be used as long as it is suitable for induction.
- Can the entire surface cook or transmit electricity?No, there are three zones on the surface that are capable of induction cooking, and the other two are also capable of induction cooking but also transmit electricity. The only important thing is to place each element on the "+" marks that indicate the zones.
- When using the induction cooking mode, does the surface burn?Yes, as with any induction hob, the surface heats up from the contact between the pan/pot and the glass, so it is important not to touch it after the cooking process.
- Can I put an appliance on the hot surface?Yes, since the appliances have high-resistance rubber feet that allow them to withstand heat, although we always recommend allowing 4 or 5 minutes to pass before placing the appliance.
- Does it have child safety lock?Yes, it has a child safety lock for added security.
- Is it possible to control the settings of small kitchen appliances directly on the cooktop control panel?No, the functions of the devices are controlled directly on the device itself, they do not work remotely.
- Do all work areas have the same power?No, there are two of them with 2000W that are also dual (they have the function of cooking and transmitting electricity) and the other has 2200W.
- What happens if the user of the product has an implanted pacemaker?These users must maintain a minimum distance of 30 cm from the cooking zones and induction electricity transmission when the product is in operation.
- Is there a risk of getting a cramp or being electrocuted?Absolutely no, the system is totally watertight.
- How are electrical appliances charged?The electrical appliances are not charged, since they do not have a battery. The board transmits electricity and the appliance receives it and causes it to activate.
- Can I charge a mobile on the panel?No, because the plate does not charge batteries. In addition, mobile chargers work at different powers. To charge mobile phones invisibly, you can use our Cloen wireless chargers.
- What happens if I put an appliance that is with the power button on, on the area with CCT?Nothing, because the induction hob has a security system that will prevent the appliance from starting directly.
- If I remove the appliance while it is on and put it back on, will it start working automatically?No, because the plate will detect an error in the communication with the appliance and it will be deactivated for safety.
